RaiseUp User Agreement

Welcome to RaiseUp! This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your access to and use of the RaiseUp platform, including all applications, content, and features provided by RaiseUp, LLC (“RaiseUp,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the RaiseUp platform, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into this Agreement. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use our services.
2. Overview of Services
RaiseUp is a vacation rental platform that connects travelers with property owners.
- Travelers can search, book, and securely pay for stays.
- Property owners can list their rentals, manage availability, and receive payments for confirmed bookings.
3. User Responsibilities
Account Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary.
Compliance: You agree to use our platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement and all applicable laws.
Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities on your account. Please report any unauthorized access immediately.
4. Specific Obligations of Property Owners
Calendar Accuracy: Owners must keep their calendars up to date.
Acceptance of Bookings: Once a traveler confirms and pays for a booking, the owner is obligated to honor it.
Consequences of Unjustified Refusal: If an owner cancels or refuses a confirmed booking while the property is shown as available, RaiseUp may apply measures such as:
- Withholding part or all of the payout for the canceled booking
- Temporary or permanent account suspension
- Displaying a “canceled reservation” notice on the property listing
Calendar Blocking: Owners may block dates when the property is unavailable to avoid unintended bookings.
5. Confidentiality on Social Media
You may not share or publish confidential or proprietary information about RaiseUp, its services, or its users without prior written authorization. Violations may result in sanctions, including account termination.
6. Fees and Payments
For Property Owners
- No listing or subscription fees apply.
- A 2% transaction fee is applied to each booking payment, processed securely via Stripe.
For Travelers
- Service fees may be added to cover platform operating costs.
All applicable fees will be clearly communicated before payment.
7. Termination
RaiseUp may suspend or terminate your account for any violation of this Agreement, harmful behavior, or illegal activity.
8. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy at https://raiseup.ai/privacy-policy to understand how we protect your personal data.
9. Limitation of Liability
Except where required by law, RaiseUp is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.
10. Changes to the Agreement
RaiseUp may update this Agreement at any time. Updates will be communicated through our website and by email. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. All disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Wyoming.
12. Withdrawal Process and Compliance
Onboarding Requirement: Withdrawals require completing Stripe’s onboarding process.
KYC/AML: Stripe will perform Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks.
User Cooperation: You must provide accurate information to avoid delays or withdrawal denials.
Data Protection: All information is handled per our Privacy Policy and Stripe’s compliance standards.

14. Real Estate Agent Program
RaiseUp offers a Real Estate Agent Program that allows users to earn commissions by promoting RaiseUp rentals. By joining the program, you agree to the following terms:
14.1 Eligibility
To become a RaiseUp Real Estate Agent, you must:
- Have a valid RaiseUp account in good standing
- Provide accurate social media information (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
- Agree to the commission and promotional policies outlined in this Agreement
RaiseUp reserves the right to approve or decline agent applications at its discretion.
14.2 Commission Structure
Agents may earn up to 10% commission on every successfully completed reservation made using their unique promo link.
Commissions are only generated after:
- The traveler completes the stay
- The booking payment clears and is not disputed
RaiseUp may adjust commission rates at any time with prior notice.
14.3 Agent Responsibilities
Agents agree to:
- Promote RaiseUp properties responsibly and ethically
- Avoid misleading advertisements or false claims
- Use only their assigned promo links
- Respect all branding, copyright, and communication guidelines
- Not impersonate RaiseUp or present themselves as employees
14.4 Payout of Commissions
Commissions are added to the agent’s RaiseUp earnings balance and follow the same withdrawal procedures described in Section 12.
RaiseUp reserves the right to withhold commissions in cases of fraud, abuse, or violation of the program rules.
14.5 Prohibited Conduct
Agents may not:
- Use spam, bots, or automated systems to generate bookings
- Mislead travelers about prices, availability, or property details
- Create multiple accounts to manipulate commissions
- Publish confidential RaiseUp information without consent
- Harass property owners or travelers
Violations may result in:
- Loss of commissions
- Removal from the Real Estate Agent Program
- Suspension or termination of the RaiseUp account
14.6 Program Modification or Termination
RaiseUp may modify or terminate the Real Estate Agent Program at any time. Notice will be provided via email or platform notification.
